📦 Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kiara, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and delightful. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange on all domestic orders under the conditions below:

✅ Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchange is allowed once per order only.

  • Exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

📝 How to Request an Exchange:

💳 Processing Fee:

  • We offer exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. You just have to bear the shipping fee.

  • Our team will share bank details via WhatsApp for the fee.

  • Send the payment screenshot to confirm the request.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Re-shipping:

  • We’ll arrange reverse pickup after the fee is received.

  • Once the product passes QC (quality check), we will dispatch the new size within 3–4 working days.


💸 Refund Policy – No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Please Note:

  • All sales are final. No return or refund will be processed after delivery.

  • Our product photos are for reference — slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Kindly read the product descriptions and details carefully before placing your order.

  • Please note:
  • Since these products are mostly designer recreations and inspired by bollywood fashion, There can be minor differences in all products. We hope that customers who buy products with beads and sequences understand that it has a tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping, this cannot be avoided. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive a similar product again.

Cancellation Policy

We’re always sad to see a cancellation — we’d love for you to try our sarees!

🕐 Time Limit:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

💳 For Prepaid Orders:

  • You may request a credit note or a replacement product of the same value.

  • A 2–3% deduction applies to prepaid cancellations (for payment gateway charges).

📦 COD Orders:

  • You may cancel within 24 hours, or simply choose not to accept the order at delivery.

🚫 Kiara-Initiated Cancellations:

We may cancel your order due to:

  • Inventory issues

  • Listing or pricing errors

  • Suspicious/fraudulent activity

In such cases, we’ll issue a full refund for prepaid orders and notify you via email.
